能偶爾有這種感受，還真不錯。
剛看過潘姐姐與獨立音樂人一起全新演繹自己經典歌曲的演唱會，餘音裊裊之際，就接到她的來電。從《情迷百老匯》、《 Jazz up》到《 My Dream》，每次演出都令人感動，能永遠相信自己畢生所愛的藝術形式，並着意推陳出新，以為聽眾耳朵帶來新猷為己任的潘姐姐，以身教體現不因循不妥協的 藝術堅持。
每次與她談天，總能把原來的懨悶心情一掃而空，最愛聽她說 big band談 cabaret，深知這類型音樂的聽眾群在香港向來就是少數，但亦無損她能有天以歌會友的希望。明年便到八旬的潘姐姐從未放棄，直教小輩如我等深感自己實 在認輸太易、苟同太急，警惕別要面目模糊地混過一生，到頭來卻希望一切可以推倒重來。
自作自樂的還有新知奇夫。純粹因為喜愛香港電影和歷史掌故， 便開始了尋找及記錄電影場景的特殊愛好，最近更結集成書。與他從五十年代的《香車美人》與《生死戀》說起，由干德道到進教圍，再從八十年代《傾城之戀》的 淺水灣進入九十年代《阿飛正傳》的衞城道麻石牆……光影記憶穿插實景對照，談得樂不可支。
一個星期裏能有兩次高水平的知性 spa，高興亦來不及！

I am impressed by Ms. Pan's perseverant Pursuit of her Goal and being always in constant Quest of Perfection ..... by her unshaken Devotion to her Career ..... by her enduring Dedication to Operas. To me she is a born Performer on the Stage ----- where she unmistakably belongs to. She is both a unique, brilliant Artist and Artiste. For Reason unknown to myself and i just cannot explain myself, she seems to me associated with the classical "Madame Butterfly" (i do not consider this a derogatory Remark).
